Nameplates for the Finished Bases

This is the nameplate that can be ordered if you purchased a stopper and base without a nameplate. The nameplate can have anything on it you would like. They are self-adheasive and easy to apply. If you purchased a base from the website or a show and ordered the nameplate, you do not have to order another. Your purchase includes the nameplate free. This section is only for the purchaser that picked up a set at a wine store or another outlet that is marketing my stoppers with and without the base.
